Are you insured?
Yes. Mighty Bounce Moonwalks is fully insured. If you are a corporation or church and need proof of insurance, we will be happy to fax you a copy of our Certificate of Insurance. Public parks also usually require proof of insurance. Please lets us know if your party will be held at a public park and if the park association needs proof of insurance.
Where can the moonwalk be set up?
The moonwalk/bounce unit can be set up on any level area whether its grass, cement or asphalt. The area should be clean and cleared off all debris and pet waste. The unit will be placed on a tarp for added protection and secured down for safety.
Can I pick the unit up?
Sorry, for the safety of the participants, our staff will deliver and set up each unit.
How much room do I need?
An area that is at least 2 feet larger than the unit on all sides. The unit should be placed away from pools or waterfronts. No overhead power lines or trees should be present because they may interfere with the unit. Each site will be fully inspected before delivery is completed.
What kind of power do we need?
The unit should be on a dedicated 110V outlet. The outlet must be located within 100 feet of the unit.
Where do you deliver to?
Our service area includes Sugar Land, Houston, Rosenberg, Missouri City, Richmond, Stafford, Alvin, Manvel, Fresno and Katy, and all surrounding areas.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery within a 15 mile radius is FREE. All deliveries over 15 miles will incur a minimum of a $20 fee.
What if it rains or is too windy?
If its raining we can not set up a bounce unit. If it's too windy we can not set up a bounce unit. In this case we will refund any and all deposit money. If weather conditions change after delivery and set-up, there are no refunds.
How do I reserve equipment?
Simply call us, and we will gladly schedule your event. A $25 or 10 percent (whichever is greater) deposit is required and is not refundable if less than 14 days notice is given. A credit card number is required to maker a reservation.
How far in advance should I reserve the equipment?
We are always taking reservations for equipment. The sooner you call the better. Most equipment during the summer season gets booked about 6 weeks in advance, if not more.
When is the payment due?
Payment in full is due upon delivery. Cash and credit cards are accepted. We DO NOT accept checks.
Are moonwalks/bounces safe?
Yes! Our units are constructed of industry standard vinyl's, fire retardant, and include an inflated safety ramp/step. There should be no problems as long as you adhere to the safety and operating instructions.
What are my responsibilities?
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.
Are your moonwalks clean? / Is there a cleaning fee?
YES, all equipment is put up, cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery. General cleaning is included with the rental, however excessive cleaning may result in a 50 to 100 dollar cleaning fee.
Who picks up the equipment when we are done?
Mighty Bounce will take down and pick up the equipment after your event.
